into mature and useful people. Mentoring is more than teaching and Coaching. These are respectively, content-based and perforformance -focussed. In mentoring, the person's character building and enhancing life-values are the focus. 3. To provide counselling and encouragement in the ministry of making disciples which is a challenging work today.
4. To plan, organize and sponsor disciplemaking conferences in cities and States all over India to train interested believers.
5. To extend practical support to the really needy Network members involved in disciplemaking.
6. To help gather or organize disciples into local 'True Churches' that make disciples and multiply as per NT pattern.
