Now the Time to Possess the Land! Invest Now!

Beloved friend and partner in His Vineyard,

Greetings in our Lord's Victorious Name. To God be all the glory for His marvellous grace that brought us thus far all these 25 years in the ministry of making disciples since it began in 1985! Though there are many things to recollect and cherish the great things God has done, suffice it to say that it is only by His grace, I am what I am today having come through hills and valleys- to the Promised land! Hallelujah!!

We can not imagine how the years have passed away and we have completed 25 years laboring in His vineyard. Countless lives have been touched with the gospel and many souls were added into His Kingdom. And many leaders were equipped to multiply disciplemakers all over India and other nations. Matthew 28:18-20.

><> Why we need the land: The Plans and Purposes:
We were praying that God may provide a place where we can have all our activities for the extension of His kingdom. Here are the plans and purposes the land can be used for:
* Prayer & Gospel hall for praying and preaching gospel to the unreached public
* Church meeting hall: a new church to be planted here
* Community Center: to have developmental programs for community welfare.
* Conferences and Seminars Center: for leaders, youth, etc
* Bible school for the Nations: to train potential workers & leaders for the harvest fields
* Guest house for visiting preachers and saints to show love and hospitality
* Welfare Center: to help the poor, distribute food, clothes, etc

In short, a multi-purpsoe center for the glory of God and for the extension of His kingdom all over India and other nations.

><> The Land God provided:
I have been moving from place to place all these years, owning no house or piece of land till now. God knows and cares. Now the time has come to claim His faithful promises and inherit the land He has prepared for His work.
By God's grace and ceaseless prayers of His chosen ones, we were able to locate a piece of land about 75 KMS from Mumbai (about 2 hrs travel by bus), along the Mumbai- Goa highway near Pen town (about 30Kms from Panvel). A new city is coming up there called Arrow city Manhattan. It is easily accessible by trains, and buses.

><> The Cost & Payment schedule
We have been able to get discount and so booked 2 units of 300 sq yards each (total 5,400 sq ft) plots here and have made the downpayment on 24th March'10. The total cost is about Rs 2,000,000/- (twenty lakhs or two million Indian rupees). It is the cheapest land available today around here.
We have to pay about Rs 2,16,000/- quarterly instalments for two years to complete the full payment for the plots. It comes to about Rs 54,000/- per month.

><> Your Share and Partnership
By simple faith in the Lord and His promises, we have booked the plots, as some have been encouraging us to go forward with confidence and courage. Philippians 4:19. Amen.

* To begin with, pray and share with others who are interested in being part of this great dream whose time has come!
* Plan to send whatever amount you can afford and your income permits you. God could bless and multiply even the 5 loaves and 2 fishes, why not yours?
* You can send lump sum at one time or regularly some amounts as per your ability and convenience.
* You can use bank to bank transfer method to send the gifts. It is called SWIFT.
* Ours is a registered Charitable Trust with the local state Govt here. We are getting Sec 80G certificate from Income Tax dept, so that you can get exemption in your income tax for donations to our ministry.
